Acute onset left forelimb lameness with radiocarpal joint effusion (September 2018)
Distal nerve blocks negative but lameness abolished following intra-articular block of the radiocarpal joint.
MRI showed a bone bruise and damage to the cartilage
Treatment with steroid gave a short lived improvement
Rested for three months and then intra-articular injection of Arthramid® Vet
Summer 2019 X-rays show some arthritic changes in the joint but he is doing well clinically
